Energetic staff, fantastic food and ABSOLUTELY SUPERB breakfast. Spectacular location, close enough to Hanoi and restaurants and the lake, but the area was scary. The luxurious and generally comfortable rooms. Fast check in and friendly service.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.
